2. Send your event information to us via email to govashon@gmail.com
3. Attach information as a word document (.doc file, not .docx) see below
4. Attach any photos you’d like us to include as a .jpeg format at least 72dpi

Please provide it in a bullet list format as follows:

• What (description of event)
• Who (the individual or organization hosting the event) include contact phone/email/web address
• Why (what benefit is there to a potential attendee?)
• When (date and time of event)
• Where (specific location – if this is a private residence, it’s okay to say “call for more information”)
• How Much (what cost is there to attend and what forms of payment are accepted)

4. Music videos and videos must be downloaded to YouTube, then you provide the link to us.
