Fred Steen – Broker
Fred is a results-driven professional with extensive knowledge of real estate, banking, and airplane manufacturing. He brings particular strengths in the areas of technical and interpersonal communication, contract law, negotiation, and mentoring. Fred is a team player who leads by example. His focus on the big picture, while keeping an eye for detail, makes for success with a diversity of people; delivering exceptional service and value to each customer. Fred brings a positive attitude and dedication to excellence in all that he does. He and his family have lived in the Seattle area for 30 years.
Since 1995 he’s brought his considerable talents to the role of Real Estate Professional. Fred excels at finding ways to bring buyers and sellers together by creating win-win situations, while maintaining warm and personable professionalism. These skills have enabled him to be a multi-million dollar sales volume producer. As the Go Real Estate broker, he ensure with governmental regulations concerning representation of properties and contract law. He lends his experience with teaching classes on sales techniques and even wrote three training sessions for the 2007 Keller Williams national convention. Fred had owned and managed a real estate office including overseeing the efforts of a dozen successful agents.
